no clue why this has an Anonymous symbol since Anonymous didn’t actually start this. But they will likely co-opt this, so whatever.

Anonymous isn’t an organization. We don’t collectively decide to start things. Someone makes something, puts it out there, if it generates talk and action it becomes the collective work of Anonymous.

The problem with campaigns such as this are the “wait until xxx to buy you products” clauses. It’s the same deal with doing something for a day. Pretty soon, it will be over. If you want to make a change, don’t buy the media’s products. At all. Until these acts of censorship are defeated.

^ The hope is that after we do this, the acts of censorship WILL be defeated. We’re trying to make a statement, and hopefully this will have a large enough impact to MAKE that statement.

Whether it’ll convince world leaders to back off…well, only time will tell.
